• Service refers to any service provided by the company, as the company deems fit, to any user.

• These conditions are calculated to create unbreakable rights and responsibility between the user and the company under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Your Account and Registration Responsibility

You agree that provided Registration Data must be true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form available on the site.If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete Cityriders has an authority to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you access to the site.

Fees and Charges

Membership on the site is free. Cityriders does not charge any fee for browsing on the site. The company will perform all necessary and required routine inspection of vehicles. However, the user is responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle and is expected to assist in helping the company to maintain the driving safety and performance of the vehicle, in particular during longer bookings or when the vehicle indicates that service or maintenance is required. The user is solely responsible for the vehicle while driving and any damage caused to it and must bear the repair cost at the service center.

Misadventure

The user must immediately notify and deliver to the company every citation, complaint, document, or notice of any kind received any way relating to an accident, theft, or other circumstances related to the vehicle.

User Responsibility

The user is completely responsible for any traffic violations sustained due to his/her use of a vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to parking, speeding, breaking red light, photo enforcement, violation of helmet wearing rules and toll violations. The user is liable to pay all costs from any such violation.

Racing or Competitions

The person who is under the influence of alcohol or any drug under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended.
