Terms and conditions govern the use of this website and other services provided by Cityriders. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms precisely refer to any of those documents constitute your unbreakable constraint towards an agreement between you and city riders in parallel to your use of this website and services. By accepting the terms and conditions you will be lawfully bound to go along with all the following mentioned terms and conditions during interrelation with Cityriders. If you disagree with any of these terms of this agreement, please avoid avail oneself(use) Cityriders.
Full access to the website is available to the person who can form legally binding contracts with Cityriders under applicable law. The person who is inadequate to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to avail the site. The site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Cityriders.

If you use the site, you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account like email ID, Password, etc., and to obstruct access to your computer, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that take place under your account or password. You agree that provided Registration Data must be true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form available on the site.If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete Cityriders has an authority to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you access to the site.
Membership on the site is free. Cityriders does not charge any fee for browsing on the site. We request you to review our fee, posted on the site, that is hereby incorporated by reference into this user agreement. However, Cityriders reserve the right to change its fee charging and credit policies from time to time.
Changes to the fee-charging and credit policies will be posted on the site such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the site.
The company will perform all necessary and required routine inspection of vehicles. However, the user is responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle and is expected to assist in helping the company to maintain the driving safety and performance of the vehicle, in particular during longer bookings or when the vehicle indicates that service or maintenance is required. The user is solely responsible for the vehicle while driving and any damage caused to it and must bear the repair cost at the service center.

The user must immediately notify and deliver to the company every citation, complaint, document, or notice of any kind received any way relating to an accident, theft, or other circumstances related to the vehicle.

The user is completely responsible for any traffic violations sustained due to his/her use of a vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to parking, speeding, breaking red light, photo enforcement, violation of helmet wearing rules and toll violations. The user is liable to pay all costs from any such violation.
Racing or Competitions
The person who is under the influence of alcohol or any drug under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended.
The user shall compulsorily read and understand this user agreement, and shall be deemed to have accepted this user agreement as a binding document that governs the user's dealings and transactions with Cityriders. If the user does not agree with any part of this agreement, then the user must not avail of Cityriders services.
The user must be at least 18 years of age and must possess the legal authority to agree to become a user and use the services of Cityriders. If you are a minor or below the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
As a minor, if you wish to use or transact on the website, such use or transaction shall only be made by a person of legal contracting age (legal guardian or parents). We reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or block access to the website if it is brought to light that you are minor or incompetent to contract according to the law or any information about your age entered at the time of the creation of the account is untrue.
Users are advised to check the illustration of the services carefully before making a booking. user(s) agree to be bound by all the conditions as contained in the booking confirmation or as laid out in the confirmed booking. These conditions are also to be read in consonance with the user agreement.
If a user expects to make a booking on behalf of another person, it shall be the responsibility of the user to inform such person about the terms of this agreement, including all rules and restrictions that apply.
While registering on the website, the user will have to choose a password to access that user's account, and the user shall be completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of both the password and the account as well as for all activities on the account.
It is the duty of the user to notify Cityriders immediately in writing of any unauthorized use of their password or account.

Cityriders will send booking confirmation, ride information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the user, via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like Whatsapp, voice call, e-mail, or any other alternate communication detail provided by the user at the time of booking.
A Trip extension request is to be made before the drop-off time. Such requests are to be made to the mobile app or field executive through the phone. The request will be confirmed or denied as per the availability of the vehicle. We will not be able to extend if there's another confirmed reservation for the period.
Cityriders employees or authorized representatives will never contact a user asking for his/ her credit or debit card number, expiry date, CVV, net banking login, passwords, OTP, etc. nor will they ever request for a fund transfer to a person or an individual bank account. Further, they will also not ask a user to install any third-party applications that enable them to view a user's mobile or computer screen.
